I am the oldest sibling on both sides of my family, being the first child among eight children. Growing up, my dad showed me tough love, which shaped my understanding of family responsibility. Whenever one of my younger siblings did something wrong, my dad would punish me for not keeping a watchful eye on them. Because of this, I always made sure to look after my siblings and ensure their safety. Among all my siblings, I have always had a special bond with my little sister on my dad’s side, Ronisha Cole, better known as Precious. We spent so much time together, and she was full of energy and strength. We loved play fighting and enjoyed each other’s company. My dad often made sure I attended every party she went to, just to keep her out of trouble.

On December 25, 2010, Christmas night, the same year I graduated high school, she went to a party where an altercation occurred, and shots were fired. Precious was struck by a stray bullet. At 12:12 a.m. on December 26, 2010, she took her last breath. I was devastated. I felt like it was my fault because it was the one time I wasn’t there to protect her. I was afraid to face my dad, worried about how he would react. I was overwhelmed with grief. Losing my little sister changed me profoundly, and I struggled to find my way for months. When I finally began to feel like myself again, I knew I had to determine my path in life. I spoke with my dad, who encouraged me to reflect on my strengths.

Almost immediately, I thought of security. Throughout my life, I had always been a protector to my younger siblings, and my temperament suited this role perfectly. I wanted to prevent others from experiencing the pain and tragedy that I had endured. Security became second nature to me. I began working for Beast Mode Bouncers in 2012 and quickly moved up the ranks. Within five years, I became a Captain and then the General, ultimately serving as Head of Security at two bars. I was thriving.

I also worked for S.L.P.S. as a School Safety Officer. I have a strong passion for protecting people, and I’m proud of that. Now, where am I in life, you might ask? I have two beautiful daughters, which has led me to think long-term about my future. They inspire me and motivated me to start my own business, which I did after branching off from Beast Mode Bouncers.

Welcome to Pressure Nation Protection LLC, where we employ both armed and unarmed security guards.
